What Do I Teach?
As an experienced educator and private tutor, I offer a comprehensive education program that focuses on developing key skills in English writing and comprehension, as well as Mathematics, for students in Key Stage 2.
Additionally, I also offer support and guidance to families who have opted for home schooling.

Children today are experts in technology and can work out the functions on your new Smartphone better than you can. However, the constant tapping and text messaging with abbreviated text, has played havoc with writing and even comprehension skills. Here at SMART On-line Tuition, I provide a 12-week course that can develop writing and comprehension skills, that will help your child level-up their existing grade.

Group Tutoring
Group tutoring can be very beneficial for students who are all working towards the same goal. I therefore facilitate parents who are home-schooling by offering group sessions as well as individual sessions.
Home Schooling
In the recent pre and post pandemic years, many parents have been opting for home tuition rather than having their children educated in schools. There are many benefits to home schooling, and I have had the pleasure of working with many families to support their home-schooling journey.

About Me
Hi, my name is Gail Clark and for over 20 years, I have been an Educator, both as a qualified Primary Teacher and a Private Tutor.
I have enjoyed teaching inside and outside of the classroom, however my decision to leave the classroom was so that I could help children who may not always get the support and attention they need in a class setting with 30+ students. I also wanted to focus on teaching and learning alone and not all the administrative matters that teachers have to deal with. My passion for teaching has been a constant and I enjoy working with and helping students to overcome educational barriers and achieve their full potential.
As a Private Tutor, my aim is to provide the best tuition that I can offer and to ensure that it is engaging and enables progress to be made. My approach is to cater to each individual's needs, whether that be individually or in a group setting, facilitating their understanding and encouraging their development, so that they become more confident in their own abilities.
